Martine is the head Sonographer in the tertiary Sports Medicine environment of Imaging @ Olympic Park. Melbourne. She has over 22 years of experience in Sonography, having worked in a range of multi- Disciplinary areas over that time. In the last 8 years she has dedicated her interests purely to Musculoskeletal Ultrasound and Rheumatology. She has presented at numerous local, national and international conferences. She is involved in research and Publication with Monash University. She is a passionate advocate for accurate Ultrasound outcomes especially when training peers, rheumatologists and international fellows. Her current areas of development and research are in Advanced intramuscular injury assessment – producing promising correlation with MRI, and Ultrasound microanatomy of acute finger injuries.
